Wim Hof Guided Breathing – Intermediate

188 sessions

Intermediate is where the practice stops being new. The pattern is second nature, the sensations are familiar company, and your holds have found their first plateau — typically somewhere past the minute mark in the later rounds.

The sessions here assume that comfort. Four to five rounds, retentions that stretch further than beginner sessions offer, and pacing from normal up to fast. Nothing in them is a test; they simply stop leaving margin you no longer need.

You belong here when three-round beginner sessions have felt easy for a few weeks running. And it is worth saying that many practitioners stay at this level indefinitely, entirely reasonably — the ladder above exists for those who want it, not as homework.

The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice, retention length and background sound.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
