Who we are
Meditorama ("we", "us") operates the website meditorama.com and the Meditorama YouTube channels. For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@meditorama.com.

What we collect
When you join the app waitlist. Your email address, optionally your first name, the language of the page you signed up from, and the date of signup. You provide these; nothing is taken automatically.
When you visit the site. Standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location at country level, device type, referring source — collected through Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
What we do not collect. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect health information. We do not collect payment data, because nothing on this site is sold.
Why we use it
Your email address is used for one purpose: to tell you when the Meditorama app launches. We do not send a newsletter and we do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
The legal basis for the waitlist is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. The legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (stores the waitlist), Google Analytics (site statistics), and [HOSPEDAGEM — nome do provedor] (hosts the site). Each is bound by its own contractual obligations regarding your data. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Embedded YouTube videos are served by Google. When you play a video, Google may set cookies and receive data about that interaction under its own privacy policy. We load videos in a way that avoids contacting Google until you press play.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until the app launches and the launch announcement has been sent, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to the waitlist at any time. Write to support@meditorama.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
If you are in Brazil, these rights are granted by the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, they are granted by the GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking beyond what is described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. The breathing practices described here are not intended for children without adult supervision and medical guidance.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be communicated to you directly.
YouTube API Services
Meditorama embeds sessions through YouTube API Services. By using this site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the Google Privacy Policy. We collect no personal data from YouTube and never sell or share it.
