Wim Hof Guided Breathing – Advanced

42 sessions

Advanced sessions assume the method is an old friend: months of regular practice, holds that comfortably pass two minutes in the later rounds, and a settled relationship with the strong sensations that faster pacing and deeper sessions produce.

What changes here is the room the sessions give you. Five rounds and up, retentions built for practitioners whose air hunger arrives late, and pacing that ranges up to fast and increasing. The guidance thins out a little too — fewer reminders, longer silences, more trust.

One thing does not change: the retention timer remains a description, never a target. Advanced practice means a deeper acquaintance with your own limits, not a habit of pushing through them. If a session ever turns into a fight, it stopped being practice.

The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice, retention length and background sound.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
