📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go – Breathe in fully through your nose or mouth. Fill your lungs from the belly up to the chest, then exhale naturally without force. Repeat this for 40 breaths.
2️⃣ Breath Retention (Hold) – After the 40th breath, exhale fully and hold your breath in stillness. Feel the calm spread through your body. Hold for as long as comfortable (around 2 minutes in the first round, up to ~4 minutes in the final round).
3️⃣ Recovery Breath – When you need to breathe again, inhale deeply, filling your lungs completely, and hold that inhale for about 15 seconds, then release.
4️⃣ Repeat – We’ll go through 5 rounds in total. Stay focused and tune in to the rhythm of your body with each cycle.
5️⃣ Relax – After completing the final round, gently return to normal breathing. Close your eyes and enjoy the peaceful state you’ve created. This is your moment of stillness.

✨ Why Practice with 528Hz?
The 528Hz Solfeggio frequency, often called the “Love Frequency,” is revered for its healing properties. It’s believed to promote DNA repair at a cellular level, foster positive energy and emotional healing, and reduce anxiety. By blending this frequency with conscious breathwork, we can deepen relaxation, elevate our vibration, and enhance the mind-body connection during the session. The 528Hz tone adds an extra layer of healing to your breathwork, helping you leave each round feeling more balanced and rejuvenated. 🎶💖
⚠️ Safety First:
Always practice breathwork only while seated or lying down in a safe environment. Never practice these techniques in water, while driving, or in any situation where losing consciousness could be dangerous. Lightheadedness or tingling sensations are common during deep breathing – listen to your body and stop or slow down if you feel uncomfortable.
