Guided Advanced Breathing | 4 Rounds × 30 Breaths (2–3 min Holds) with 432 Hz & OM Mantra

About this session

Experience an advanced and immersive Wim Hof Breathing guided session featuring 4 rounds of 30 deep breaths, each followed by breath retentions gradually increasing from 2:00 to 3:00 minutes—set to the sacred resonance of 432 Hz healing frequency and the powerful OM Mantra. Designed for advanced breathwork practitioners, this session supports holistic wellness, stress reduction, deep relaxation, and heightened mental clarity.

🔍 Why try this session?
Practicing the Wim Hof Breathing Guided method enhances oxygen flow, strengthens your immune system, and builds emotional resilience.

The addition of 432 Hz frequency may help lower stress levels, improve sleep quality, and foster inner harmony. Studies suggest listening at 432 Hz can reduce heart rate and enhance focus.

Chanting the OM Mantra during practice helps deepen breath control, calm the nervous system, and supports better mindfulness and stress release.

📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Breaths (×30): Inhale fully—from belly to chest—through nose or mouth, and exhale gently through the mouth. Keep a steady pace with full diaphragm engagement.
2️⃣ Breath Hold (Kumbhaka): After the last exhale, hold your breath in stillness for as long as comfortably possible—starting at 2:00 in Round 1, and rising to 3:00 in Round 4.
3️⃣ Recovery Inhale: When the urge to breathe arises, inhale deeply, hold for about 15 s, and exhale naturally.
4️⃣ Repeat for 4 rounds.
5️⃣ Close & Relax: Once the final round ends, close your eyes, soften your focus, and allow complete relaxation.
