Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 4 Rounds

105 sessions

Four rounds is the classic Wim Hof session, and the one most practitioners settle into. It is long enough for the effect to build — the third and fourth rounds are usually where the holds stretch out and the mind goes quiet — without asking for more than fifteen to twenty minutes of your day.

If you are coming from three rounds, the fourth is where the practice tends to change character. The first rounds warm the system up; the last one is where people report the deepest holds and the clearest head afterwards.

Every session below is fully guided from the first breath to the last. They differ in the voice that guides you, the pace of the breathing, how long the retentions run, and what plays underneath — a solfeggio frequency, an OM mantra, shamanic drums, or nothing at all.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
