Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 6 Rounds

20 sessions

Six rounds is a long practice — twenty-five to thirty minutes — and the reason to choose it is what happens after the fourth round. By then the body has fully adapted to the pattern, the holds have found their depth, and the final rounds take place in a stillness that shorter sessions only touch in passing.

This is not a harder session, and it is emphatically not a beginner's next step; it is a deeper one for practitioners who already know their way around four or five rounds and want a morning where the practice is the main event rather than the warm-up to one.

The sessions below vary in pace, voice, retention times and background sound. Choose a slower pace if you are here for the meditative end of it.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
