Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 3 Rounds

26 sessions

Three rounds is the complete practice at its shortest. Ten to twelve minutes takes you through everything the method contains — the deep breathing, the retentions, the recovery breaths and the stillness at the end — with nothing missing except length.

That makes these sessions two things at once. For beginners, they are the right front door: long enough to feel the full effect, short enough that the unfamiliar sensations never accumulate past comfort. And for experienced practitioners, they are the honest daily minimum — the session you do on the crowded morning when the alternative was skipping entirely.

The sessions below differ in pace, guiding voice, retention length and background sound. If this is your first time, pick a slow one.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
