Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 10 Rounds

9 sessions

Ten rounds is the method's marathon format — around forty-five minutes from first breath to final stillness. Nobody needs a session this long, and that is precisely its appeal: it is chosen the way a long hike is chosen, for the journey rather than the destination.

Treat it as an occasional deep practice, not a standard. The physiological effects plateau well before round ten; what the extra rounds buy is time inside the state — the long, silent retentions and the peculiar clarity of a body that has been breathing this way for three-quarters of an hour. Come rested, come with an empty morning, and do not make it a habit that crowds out the four-round sessions that actually build your practice.

For experienced practitioners only. Choose a slow or normal pace.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
