Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 7 Rounds
11 sessions
Seven rounds is an extended sitting — a full half hour of breathing, retention and stillness. At this length the session changes character: the early rounds become the approach, and the practice proper happens in the deep, quiet territory of rounds five, six and seven, where the holds arrive long and the mind has nowhere left to go.
Sessions this long suit unhurried mornings and practitioners with an established relationship to the method. If seven rounds sounds like an endurance challenge, it will be — start shorter and come back when it sounds like an invitation instead.
The sessions below vary in pace, voice, retention length and background sound.
Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
