Wim Hof Guided Breathing – Up to 3:00 Retentions
95 sessions
A three-minute hold is long enough that something changes in the middle of it. The first minute is ordinary, the second is quiet, and somewhere in the third the retention stops being a wait and becomes a place — the stillest state most practitioners ever visit without years of meditation behind them.
The sessions here are timed toward that territory, with final retentions approaching three minutes and the earlier rounds laddering up. They are for established practitioners whose two-minute holds arrive without struggle, because the only good way into a hold this long is relaxation so complete there is nothing left to hold onto. Force has no place at this depth — a three-minute retention cannot be fought for, only allowed.
As always: the timer describes, your body decides, and breathing in early is never a failure.
The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice and background sound.
