Wim Hof Guided Breathing – Up to 2:00 Retentions

57 sessions

Two minutes is the first landmark hold — the point where most practitioners realise the retention has become something they do rather than something they survive. The sessions in this catalogue build to it: final rounds timed toward the two-minute mark, with earlier rounds stepping up on the way.

The guided timer matters here, and so does the way to use it. Two minutes on screen is what the session offers, not what you owe it; on a good day you will ride past the mark without noticing, and on a tired one you will breathe in at ninety seconds, correctly. The session works either way — the timing shapes the arc, and your body sets the fact.

If your later-round holds currently land around the minute mark and arrive calmly, these sessions are your natural next shelf.

The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice and background sound.
