Wim Hof Guided Breathing – OM Mantra

61 sessions

These are the sessions Meditorama is best known for, and the ones people come back to. The OM mantra runs underneath the guidance — a low, continuous chant that carries through the breathing and stays with you through the holds.

It does something that a musical track does not. A melody moves, and part of your attention follows it. A sustained mantra does not go anywhere, so after a minute or two your attention stops tracking it and simply rests inside it. Practitioners often describe the retentions in these sessions as deeper, and the return to breathing as gentler.

If you have practised Wim Hof breathing to silence or to ambient music, this is worth trying once for the contrast alone. Some people find it becomes the only way they want to practise.

The sessions below differ in number of rounds, breathing pace and retention length.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
