Wim Hof Guided Breathing – No Music

3 sessions

Some practitioners want nothing between them and the practice. These sessions are guided by voice alone — the counting, the cues, and otherwise silence. No frequency, no drums, no soundscape.

What you gain is the retentions in their pure form. When the last breath leaves and the voice goes quiet, there is simply nothing: no tone to rest on, no rhythm to follow, just the body and the stillness. Practitioners who prefer it tend to be emphatic about it — the silence, they will tell you, is where the practice actually lives, and anything underneath it is furniture.

If you have only ever practised over music, one of these sessions is a worthwhile experiment. The absence is louder than you expect.

The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice and retention length.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
