Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 528 Hz

16 sessions

528 Hz is one of the solfeggio frequencies, and the one most people describe as the warmest of them. Whatever you make of the claims attached to these tones, the practical effect in a breathing session is easy to notice: a single steady frequency underneath the voice gives your attention somewhere to rest, and makes the silence of a breath hold feel less empty.

That is really the point of it. During a retention there is nothing to do and nothing to hear, and a continuous tone smooths that gap — the difference between sitting in silence and sitting in something.

The sessions below all use 528 Hz as their background, and differ in length, pace and guiding voice. If you have never practised with a frequency underneath, try one of the shorter sessions first and see whether it helps you settle or distracts you. Both reactions are common.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
