Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 432 Hz

36 sessions

432 Hz is the lowest and most grounding of the frequencies used in these sessions — a warm, settled tone that sits underneath the breathing like a floor. Whatever one makes of the various claims attached to particular frequencies, the practical role is easy to state: a continuous tone gives the mind a resting place, and 432 Hz in particular tends to read as earthy and steady rather than bright.

That character suits certain sessions well: slower pacing, longer retentions, practices that lean meditative. If 528 Hz is the warm morning tone, 432 Hz is its quieter, deeper sibling.

The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice and retention length. If you are undecided between frequencies, try the same length of session in each and let your ear vote.

Sit or lie down. Never practise in water or while driving.
