Wim Hof Guided Breathing – 639 Hz
15 sessions
639 Hz is the brightest of the three solfeggio frequencies used in these sessions — lighter and more open than the grounded 432 or the warm 528. As with all of them, the honest description of what the tone does is modest and real: a single sustained frequency smooths the silence of the retentions and gives wandering attention a place to settle, and each frequency lends that stillness a slightly different colour.
Practitioners who prefer 639 Hz usually describe it as airy or clear, and reach for it in daytime sessions more than first-thing mornings. There is no wrong answer here; the frequency that helps you settle is the right one.
The sessions below differ in rounds, pace, voice and retention length.
