🌬️ Wim Hof Guided Breathing: 4 Rounds of Pure Silence for Inner Focus 🌱

Inhale deeply from stomach to chest to head, then let the exhale flow naturally. As Wim Hof says, “FULLY IN and letting go…” Fill your lungs to their fullest and experience a sense of calm and focus that lasts all day. You may feel tingling in your hands, feet, or face. If light-headedness becomes intense, pause until you feel settled, then continue. Listen to your body and enjoy the silence.

📋 INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Natural Exhale: Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs fully from belly to chest, then exhale naturally through your mouth. Keep a steady rhythm and engage your diaphragm fully. Repeat this for 40 breaths.

2️⃣ Breath Hold: After your last exhale, let the air out and hold your breath as long as you can comfortably, without force, until you experience the natural urge to breathe.

3️⃣ Full Inhale: When the urge to breathe returns, take a deep breath in, filling your lungs to full capacity. Feel your chest expand. Hold for about 15 seconds, then let go naturally.

4️⃣ Repeat: Complete this breathing cycle for a total of 4 rounds for maximum benefits!

5️⃣ Enjoy the Silence & Have Fun! Close your eyes and relax, fully embracing the quiet.
