- Find a comfortable seated position in a safe environment.
- Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs from belly to chest.
- Exhale naturally without forcing.
- Repeat for 40 breaths per round.
- After the last exhalation, hold your breath for as long as comfortable (2:00 to 4:00 minutes).
- Inhale fully, hold for 15 seconds, then release.
- Repeat for 5 rounds.
- Conclude with a moment of stillness, embracing the sensations and clarity achieved.
