🌬️ Wim Hof Guided Breathing Workout: 4 Rounds for Health & Inner Calm
Inhale deeply from stomach to chest to head, then let the exhale happen naturally. As Wim Hof says, “FULLY IN and letting go…” Fill your lungs deeper than you thought possible and enjoy the effects throughout your day!

📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Natural Exhale: Inhale through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs fully from belly to chest to head, then exhale gently through your mouth. Keep a steady rhythm and engage your diaphragm fully. Repeat this for 40 breaths.

2️⃣ Breath Hold: After the last exhale, let the air out and hold your breath as long as you can comfortably, without force. Hold until you feel the natural urge to breathe again.

3️⃣ Full Inhale: When the urge to breathe returns, take a big breath in, filling your lungs to full capacity. Feel your chest expand. Hold the breath for around 10-15 seconds, then let go naturally.

4️⃣ Repeat: Complete this breathing cycle for a total of 4 rounds for maximum benefits!

(00:00) Round 1: 40 breaths + 1 minute 30 seconds breath hold
(04:02) Round 2: 40 breaths + 2 minutes breath hold
(08:36) Round 3: 40 breaths + 2 minutes 30 seconds breath hold

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do this breathing technique seated comfortably, either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Never practice while diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any situation where fainting could be dangerous!

You may feel tingling in your hands, feet, or face. These effects are harmless, but if light-headedness becomes intense, take a pause until you feel calm and settled. Listen to your body and go with the flow.
