📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Breathe Deeply: Inhale fully from your belly to your chest and let the air out naturally. Repeat this for 30 breaths.
2️⃣ Hold Your Breath: After the last exhale, hold your breath for as long as you can without forcing.
3️⃣ Inhale Fully: Take a deep inhale, hold for 15 seconds, then release naturally.
4️⃣ Repeat for 4 rounds.
