📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go: Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs fully from stomach to chest. Exhale naturally through your mouth. Maintain a steady rhythm and engage your diaphragm fully. Repeat this for 40 breaths.
2️⃣ Breath Hold: After your final exhale, let the air out and hold your breath as long as you can without straining. Hold until the natural urge to breathe arises.
3️⃣ Full Inhale: When the urge to breathe arises, take a full, deep breath, expanding your chest completely. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then release naturally.
4️⃣ Repeat: Complete this cycle for a total of 4 rounds.
