Home » Rejuvenate Your Mind and Body: 4 Rounds of 25 Wim Hof Guided Breaths for a Stronger Immune System

Experience the transformative power of Wim Hof breathing. Fully inhale from your stomach, through your chest, up to your head, and then let the exhale happen naturally. As Wim says, “FULLY IN… and let go.” Fill your lungs deeper than you ever thought possible. The effects of this practice can last throughout the day, boosting both your energy and mental clarity.

Breathing Technique – 4 Rounds with 25 Breaths:
• 🕒 (00:00) Round 1: 25 breaths + hold for 1 min 30 sec
• 🕒 (03:42) Round 2: 25 breaths + hold for 2 min
• 🕒 (07:46) Round 3: 25 breaths + hold for 2 min 30 sec
• 🕒 (12:20) Round 4: 25 breaths + hold for 3 min
• 🧘‍♂️ (17:32) Meditate and reflect
• 🎉 (19:33) Enjoy & have fun!

IMPORTANT: Make sure you are seated comfortably—whether in a chair or on the floor with cushions—before starting this breathing exercise. Avoid practicing while standing, driving, showering, or when submerged in water.

Follow These Simple Steps:
• 🌬️ Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, then exhale naturally through your mouth, letting the air flow out. Fully engage your diaphragm by inhaling deeply into your belly, then into your chest, before letting go naturally. Repeat this process 25 times.
• 🌿 After the final exhale, take one last deep breath. Let the air out gently, then hold your breath for as long as possible without forcing it. Hold until you feel the natural urge to breathe again.
• 💪 When that urge comes, take a big, full breath, filling your lungs to capacity. Feel your belly and chest expanding. Hold this breath for around 15 seconds, then release.
• 🔄 Repeat this entire process for 4 rounds.
• 🧘‍♀️ Finally, close your eyes, relax, and go with the flow.

You might experience tingling in your hands, feet, or face, which is entirely normal and harmless. If you start feeling too light-headed, take a pause until you feel grounded, then continue. Always listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Remember:
Do not perform this breathing technique in environments or situations where fainting could be dangerous—such as while driving, swimming, or bathing.
