INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use your headphones for a better experience!
  2. Inhale through your nose or mouth and exhale through your mouth, letting the air out. Maintain a steady pace and fully engage your diaphragm. Repeat this 40 times.
  3. Then, let the air out and hold your breath for as long as you can without forcing it. Hold until you experience the gasp reflex.
  4. Inhale to full capacity. Feel your chest expanding. When you reach full capacity, hold your breath for around 20 seconds.
  5. Repeat this process 5 times!
  6. Close your eyes, relax, and go with the flow! 🙂

You may feel tingling in your hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness becomes too intense, pause until you feel settled, then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow.

IMPORTANT: Perform this breathing technique in a comfortable seat—either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not practice this technique before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any environment/place where fainting could be dangerous!
