Home » Deep Breathing with Wim Hof: 4 Rounds, 30 Breaths, 432Hz for Stress Relief

Experience the transformative power of the Wim Hof Method in this guided breathing session. This practice involves 4 rounds of 30 deep breaths, each followed by breath retention periods that gradually increase from 1 to 2.5 minutes. Accompanied by the calming 432Hz frequency, this session is designed to help you reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being.

The Wim Hof Breathing Technique is known for its ability to boost the immune system, improve focus, and increase energy levels. Incorporating the 432Hz frequency, often associated with natural harmony and relaxation, further deepens the meditative experience, helping to balance your mind and body.

Whether you’re seeking to alleviate anxiety, enhance your meditation practice, or simply explore the benefits of deep breathing, this session offers a structured approach to achieving inner peace and vitality.

How to practice:

  1. Inhale & Exhale: Sit comfortably, inhale deeply through the nose or mouth, then exhale fully through the mouth. Repeat this cycle for 30 breaths, keeping your exhales relaxed and effortless.
  2. Breath Retention: After your 30th exhale, hold your breath comfortably without forcing it. Stay relaxed and hold for as long as you can without strain.
  3. Recovery Breath: When you feel the need to breathe, inhale fully to fill your lungs completely. Hold that inhale for about 15 seconds, then exhale slowly and naturally.
  4. Repeat: Complete a total of 4 rounds following the steps above. Take breaks if needed and always listen to your body.
