Take a deep breath in and let go like never before! Fill your lungs from your stomach, through your chest, all the way up to your head, then allow the exhale to come naturally.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs completely. Exhale through your mouth, letting go of the air naturally. Keep a steady pace and make full use of your diaphragm. Repeat this cycle 45 times.
After your last exhale, hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can. No need to force it—just wait until you feel the urge to breathe again.
Inhale deeply to full capacity, expanding your chest. Hold your breath for around 15 seconds at full capacity.
Repeat this process 7 times!
Close your eyes, relax, and let the flow guide you.
During the session, you might feel tingling sensations in your hands, feet, or face. If you start feeling light-headed, take a moment to pause until you feel grounded, then continue. Always listen to your body and go with the flow.
