Welcome to this powerful guided Wim Hof-style breathing session. In this video, we’ll complete 5 full rounds of 30 conscious breaths, followed by breath retention periods ranging from 2 to 4 minutes, all set to the healing frequency of 528Hz. This session is ideal for those seeking deep relaxation, inner balance, and a reset for the mind and body.

📋 INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go – Breathe in fully through your nose or mouth. Fill your lungs from the belly to the chest, then exhale naturally without force. Repeat this for 30 breaths.
2️⃣ Breath Retention (Hold) – After the 30th breath, exhale and hold your breath in stillness. Feel the calm expand. Hold for as long as comfortable (up to 4 minutes in later rounds).
3️⃣ Recovery Breath – When you need to breathe, inhale deeply, fill your lungs fully, and hold for about 15 seconds, then release.
4️⃣ Repeat – We’ll go through 5 full rounds. Stay focused and tune in to the rhythm of your body.
5️⃣ Relax – After the final round, close your eyes and enjoy the peaceful state you’ve created. This is your moment of stillness.
